Peperomia caperata 'Abricos'
Also known as: Emerald ripple peperomia, Peperomia caperata 'Abricos'
Peperomia Caperata Abricos is a succulent-ish plant native to North America. Abricos can grow in fairly varied conditions making them a perfect plant for the UK climate. The pink and cream coloured variegation and hibiscus coloured under-leaf gives them special look unique to the Peperomia genus. They have a weird brain like texture which can be a bit freaky but let's face it, it adds to their coolness factor. Peperomias are keen flowerers, their spade like inflorescence will appear out of nowhere and put on a display for weeks or even months.
Care: Keep at average room temperature (19c). Bright indirect light is ideal though they will tolerate low light and colder temperatures; this will be reflected in their growth.
Note: Plants are living things and variation is to be expected (celebrated even). The plant you receive won't be exactly the same one as pictured, but we do everything possible to make sure it is representative and that you won't be disapointed. Heights are approximate and include the pot. Any pots or hands featured in the pictures aren't included.
