Calathea Triostar
Also known as: Tricolor Ginger, Magenta Triostar, Stromanthe Thalia, Calathea Triostar, Stromanthe Triostar
Stromanthe Triostar also known as a Calathea is a stunning plant with deep burgundy, crisp creams, blush pinks and deep emerald greens. Its leaves are flared and have a distinctly Bird of Paradise flower look. As with all prayer plants you will notice dramatic movement and a soft romantic rustling in the evenings when their leaves go up in 'prayer'.
Care: Keep soil evenly moist but not wet. Temps of 19c+ and humidity of 50% preferred. Medium light - protect from direct sun or delicate white areas will burn. Will appreciate soft light eg: early morning or evening. Feed lightly during the growth season and repot in a light mix like our Cloud Substrate.
Note: Plants are living things and variation is to be expected (celebrated even). The plant you receive won't be exactly the same one as pictured, but we do everything possible to make sure it is representative and that you won't be disapointed. Heights are approximate and include the pot. Any pots or hands featured in the pictures aren't included.
